What utter, contemptuous dog shit!!!
The biggest problem I have with our current private insurance run health care system is that they try to weasel out of every contractually binding commitment they have. It's always a fight to get what you pay premiums for.

contracts that benefit them MUST be honored, contracts benefitting their customers must be fought with every breath and lawyer and dollar they have.
