Let AIG/ Citi etc give out any bonuses they like .. ( especially the ones they are contractually obligated to)


Feds should counter that with a special 'Bonus' tax for firms receiving TARP money - The Tax rate should be 99.999%


Nothing in the law will prevent this.

She's on board for a 110% tax on those bonuses, but she'd settle for 100%.
