Rachel Missed Asking An Obvious Question to Megan McCain
During her extensive interview on the Rachel Maddow Show, Megan McCain said, "I fell in love with the R Party."

Rachel didn't ask, "Why? What do you love about the R Party?"

Seemed like an obvious question to ask to me.

3. Well, come on--she loves her father. It's like saying "I love being a
Maytag repairman" because it's what Dad did. Plus, she spent a lot of time on his campaign--she's been bitten by the bug.

What, she's gonna say "Despite the fact that the GOP has been GREAT for my family, I really prefer the Democrats?"

Naaaah. Not gonna happen.

I would predict, though, that this young woman is likely to be the one of the New Faces of the Kinder, Gentler GOP. Michael Steele, Bobby Jindal...notice who's getting rolled out and touted? It's not the whoring, mean, pudgy, alcohol-raddled old guys with Brylcreme in their hair and high-end, slightly shiny suits who get the praise and the notice. This is the start of an orchestrated campaign.
