..Gibbs comments about Rush not being available when asked about his reaction to Cheney's comments yesterday. They think it was "flippant," and that Gibb "need not have gone there."

Joe Scarborough, host of the political talk show Morning Joe on MSNBC, will speak at noon today during the annual Ohio Cable Telecommunications Association luncheon in the Columbus Renaissance hotel, 50 N. 3rd St.

The event isn't open to the public.

Scarborough, a former U.S. representative from Florida, will offer insights on Congress and a report card on Obama's first 50 days.
