Face the facts: There have been Trillions of Dollars sucked up by those in a position to profit from the last 8 years of unregulated betting on Wall Street, and those funds are safely tucked away just waiting to swoop in and pick up 'bargains' for pennies on the dollars.

While many have lost their shirts, you won't find many of the top 1% wealthwise who have lost a significant amount of their wealth --and even if they did, the remaining capital they now possess will buy a lot more in quality assets because of the depressed prices.

Just wait ... when the economy picks up, there are going to be a lot of millionaires made a lot richer in the real estate market --because they bought our homes for a song, and they will sell them back to us at inflated prices or rent them to us.

It is all about transferring wealth from the bottom to the top wealthholders....

2. The same cycle repeated over and over. Build it up and bring in the suckers
(this cycle's innovation was legislating participation to reduce the option), crash it to suck up the money, come back in and buy up the real assets.

We never learn.

3. A lot of people have taken their money out and won't be putting in the market any time soon until
the corruption is cleaned up and there is actual accountability and transparency on Wall Street.

4. Trump said it was a perfect time to buy up real estate, and was doing so.
He will be TONS richer when the market raises again.
