* Citigroup - hosted anti-EFCA conference call http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/03/12/citigroup-enters-union-fr_n_174106.html

* Bank of America - hosted anti-EFCA conference call http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/01/27/bank-of-america-hosted-an_n_161248.html

* Goldman Sachs - significant shareholder of Burger King which is organizing against the bill and already spent 300k lobbying against it, plus more through its industry groups

* Cerebrus - 3rd largest franchisee of Burger King received TARP money.

* Financial Services Roundtable is the Chamber of banks & insurance companies, and they've made lobbying against free choice a priority for the last several years. Virtually every major bank is a member and can be tied to lobbying against the bill.

o The FSR lobbied against the Employee Free Choice Act in every quarter of 2008.21 and has made joining with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to defeat it a top priority for 2009.22

- The FSR has invited Adam Putnam, a Republican spokesperson against the Employee
Free Choice Act,23 to address its conference in March.

* Principal Financial applied for $2b in TARP, application still outstanding, but it lobbied against Employee Free Choice and 300+ other bills:
