We don't need much of an investigation because the leading perpetrator of the crimes of torture and violations of human rights has confessed and has boasted about his crimes on TV. Cheney acts like a Mafia don bragging publicly about his crimes and daring the authorities to arrest and convict him. He believes that he has already fixed the jury, that no one would have the courage to convict him.

It will be interesting to watch. If Cheney is arrested, will there immediately be a terrorist attack, and what would that mean about the terrorist attacks?

At the same time, Obama needs to investigate the banks and companies that committed fraud on investors in the stock market as Cramer has explained.

Obama hopes for change, but does he have the courage to change the fact that big guys commit crimes and continue to enjoy their wealth and good lives while little people spend their lives in jail if they do the same things. One rule of law applicable to all. That's what we need.
