AIG chief calls bonuses 'distasteful'



Edward Liddy, chief executive of bailed out insurer AIG, will tell Congress today that he found the company's controversial bonuses "distasteful," but necessary, CNNMoney reports. According to his prepared testimony, Liddy will say, "We are meeting today at a high point of public anger ... I share that anger."
