We live in a country where the rich and powerful do not have to obey the law unless they steal money from other rich and powerful people.

Do we set up a court to charge all of the Bush Admin? Condi? Colin?

What do we charge them for? Everything? Just certain things? Which ones?

What do we do about the Republican backlash (there will be a backlash, as they will see it as the ante as having been upped)?

I'm not saying we shouldn't - but just that no one has said who will be charged with what...and what we plan to do about backlashes.
