5. Everyone is too caught up in the shock and awe

of the brazen bankers stealing all the money we borrowed from China and Japan to think about Iraq anymore.

I feel so awful, like we failed the poor Iraqis who have done nothing to deserve this. I had a dream the other night, where I was perfectly safe in my home when all of a sudden bombs started dropping everywhere...then military guys started parachuting from helicopters into the area and shouting at all of us in a language we could not understand. It was awful, I was traumatized by my dream for hours. I cannot imagine what these poor people feel, whose only crime was to have our oil under their soil. Even the Iraqis probably had hope that Obama would end their nightmare, but how quickly they were forgotten.
