Palin backpeddling on refusing stim $: "The money is still on the table"
So what is it, Sarah..yes, no, or maybe?? Let me guess, she is trying to see what the other potential repuke prez candidates are going to do first before she takes the money??

http://www.adn.com/news/politics/story/730545.html

A day after she said no to nearly a third of the federal stimulus money offered Alaska, Gov. Sarah Palin looked to deliver a message Friday: The money is still on the table.

To hear Lt. Gov. Sean Parnell tell it, Palin's decision to refuse the money -- including $171.5 million for Alaska schools -- was more about calling timeout on a hasty spending process than flat-out rejecting the cash.

"We want to have the public discussion on what do we do in two years when all of this money is gone," Parnell told reporters.

But that's not what many school administrators heard. They stand to lose millions for special education and schools that serve the poorest students if the Legislature doesn't push to get the money.

1. she sounded very unpleasant
When she was talking about "it's a bribe!" the other day (re: the stimulus money, etc, growing government). It's hard to take her seriously when she talks like that (I mean, it was hard enough in the first place), but she always sounds defensive. She could explain her positions calmly, but she always sounds hyper defensive and um, hyper.

4. She sounds hyper defensive because she's in way over her head
She doesn't realize, apparently, that anyone with an ounce of brains can see that as plain as a pikestaff.

6. I think that the campaign probably gave her a sense of entitlement
and she takes simple questions as someone "ganging up on her" or something.

10. Now imagine HER being in charge of the current national economy
Seeing as how she would have been a half a heart beat away from being Pres, how scary of a thought is that??? Let's all remember this wishy washy behavior if she decides to try and run in 2012..can't even make a decision on a state level, waffling so much in just a 24 hour period, gee, golly gosh, also, and ya know, betcha....
