In fact, I don't recall seeing anything regarding troop strength in Iraq since before Chimpolini left office. It's just that the figure was larger than any I'd seen.

On edit: nevermind. I looked again to see the figure is 162,000. I must be losing it, because I saw '200,000' the first time - I swear to dog!
