ND/MN spring flood blog. Best wishes to all in the flooding areas.

I don't live there any more, just helped parent move away also but we've been watching this second 100 yr flood develop. I found this blog with lots of good info and links to check out elevations (yes, a foot or 2 can make an immense difference). There also are requests for help sandbagging and later (most likely) watching the dikes at night.
