Why is the country so dead set to aid AIG and not 401's.

Why is there not even the mention to aid the people that faithfully invested in 401's. Why is it not even mentioned while they give the bonuses and bailouts. WHo are the 401 recipients that they get so little consideration.

2. AIG has tons of 401-k clients.

My 401 was in A'int I Greedy until I took out in 2006.

It had been there since 1994.

Many people still have their 401 there,usually in the form of an insurance annuity.
