It Wasn't Obama's Answer To Ed Henry That Kicked Ass

It was the flippant and dismissive way Obama gave his answer that kicked ass. I really hope someone puts it up on youtube. I also loved the way how Obama completely ignored that part of his question at first and only responded after Henry pushed it in the follow up.

For those who missed it:
Ed Henry: "Why did it take you 2 days to express outrage over AIG bonuses?"
Obama: "It took me 2 days because I like to know what I'm talking about before I speak"

In the most flippant, dismissive, "why the fuck are you asking me such a stupid question, you dimwitted shithead?" tone I've ever seen.

Add my vote for Ed Henry as the Jackass of the Day. His disrespectful, belligerent tone signaled the asinine question that followed. President Obama graciously ignored the bait and delivered a thoughtful response. But Mr. Henry pushed too far and received the nationally televised slap-down he richly deserved.

Senior White House correspondent?? I suggest you re-evaluate your job qualifications.
