what happened to the federal mortgage relief ... are Banks taking a pass on it?


I called up Bank of America about refinancing under lower rate a month or so ago .. A woman on the line took my information and said someone will get back to me in a couple weeks .. nothing happened since ..


I havent heard much about it afterwards ..
