1. I Expect They Will--they Haven't Any Better Choices

and any GOPper with a brain will decline, or run as a Democrat.

4. They still have Mittens Romney and Mike Fuckabee in their "arsenal"

Mittens is probably the only one that doesn't alienate the majority of the party "moderates", but he'll have the fundies jumping ship quickly. Fuckabee will have the religious right locked up but the party "moderates" never really liked him.

They have a big problem on their hands. They canonized Palin to such a point that if she isn't on the ticket, they will have a lot of pissed off "true believers". Their strongest ticket is Romney/Huckabee, but they can't run it because of the celebrity culture they made with Palin.

I've said it all along - Palin will be the death of the GOP as we know it today.
