2. It Took That Long?

Ya gotta give the rushpublicans credit...they screamed that the Stimulus package and the Budget resolution moved so fast (despite that budget being held over for 6 months) that they never had "time" to read the bill. Their answer? Write a "bill" that doesn't require any reading. Words are such a liberal concept!

I can sum up their entire plans in several words: No, hate, fear, lie, obstruction and revision. Their "Raygonimics" myths of "less government" and lower taxes are what cause a lot of the messes we're in now...and all they have for a response is more of the same. Seems like they're not even trying anymore.

He said there were more pictures of windmills (1) than any numbers (0) in their "budget." I'm surprised the GOP budget didn't have one of those Cat in the Hat "I Can Read It All By Myself" logos on the front to encourage first graders. Probably would have had some copyright issues, not to mention the predictable outcry about furnishing porn to minors.

7. I didn't understand about the windmill picture.

Was that an ad from T. Boone Pickens who gave $160 million to the golf program instead of the Science program at OSU, gave $70 million earlier for stadium. Now what was he saying about investing in the Energy future?
