I hooked my bicycle up to a generator
That way I'll be able to post during Earth Hour.

Wouldn't want to deprive you folks of an hour of my wit and wisdom.

You're welcome.

1. Ford is hooking up paint overspray to fuel cells, guess they want
to keep posting too.

The new power-generation system is being built at a Ford Motor Co. manufacturing facility in
Ontario, Canada, and will use the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) generated during
automobile painting and coating to drive a fuel cell capable of generating 300 kilowatts of power,
or enough to power 300 average households.
"In all of our projects, we are trying to come out with the best 'net positive' result possible," said
Andrew Skok, executive director of strategic marketing for FuelCell Energy. "This is a good
example because we are saving the natural gas used in incineration and, at the same time, turning
the fumes into electricity."
The VOCs created by the facility have traditionally been burned using an infusion of natural gas.
While the incineration process eliminates VOCs, it generates carbon, nitrogen and sulphur
compounds, key ingredients in greenhouse gas.

10. I was glad to hear that Earth Hour was going to be done again this year.
Then I realized that your power would be out and no one would be able to read your ... your words.

It was all too much ...

But, when I read that you'd hook your bicycle up to the generator and run your computer I knew there was still a glimmer of hope.

Now, I need to find a way to turn hobos into energy so I can see it all.
