Wild finish to Villanova-Pitt game.
Nova trows it away and Pitt scores with 5 seconds left to tie. Nova scores with 0.5 seconds left to win.

3. Killer game...Nova almost blew it with that unnecessary Hail Mary pass
Kept their heads together at the very end, though. Congrats to both sides.

7. Pitt lost the game with their lousy percentage of free throws.

8. Nova was something like 22 of 23.
They almost set a record.

14. Any team that loses a close game and missed many free throws,
well, there you have it. If I were a coach of any basketball team I would have my players practice free throws until they could do it blindfolded. There is really little excuse for poor free throw shooting.

15. There's been some fine B Ball. I've been watching Nova all tourney.
They've been very entertaining.

From Kentucky so, Go Cards! Still I'd be happy to see Nova go all the way. They have found ways to win. That fire.

16. Pitt's just lucky they didn't get bounced in the first round.
They didn't have more than a 4 point lead until the last minute or so. If ETSU had hit their free throws as well as Villanova did... it would have been the first upset by a 16 seed in tournament history.
