Where's Randi Rhodes?

Has Randi gone back on the air? Does anyone know what the status of her situation is?

2. I think all is speculation at this point... No she is not on the air

I saw a couple of web forums suggesting the problem is with her former contract that expires mid-April. That while it might be considered void, especially with NovaM in receivership, there still might be valid restrictions on her speaking out until the contract period ends.

Or, she can't work out a new syndication agreement (seems more the case to me)...


I have mixed feelings about Rhodes, but listened from time to time and like many, am curious. I do not think it a good thing that she is not on the air, somewhere.

Our fight to bring The Randi Rhodes Show back to the Seattle airwaves continues and we are now seeing the beginning of some success in this effort. We have received word from sources in Randi’s camp that The Randi Rhodes Show will return to national syndication and that it will do so fairly soon. Rest assured, as soon as Randi is doing a daily radio show again… you will hear it right here, each night, on AM1090.

With Peter B Colin’s deciding to leave radio, starting Monday 3/23 AM1090 will begin offering a daily rebroadcast of The Thom Hartmann Show from 6–9pm. We will keep you updated as events unfold.

If her contract is indeed up in April, then perhaps she will be returning to air. I miss her.
