I've once again been AWOL from the political scene for a bit, so I dunno if this is a bit old, but this is further proof that Obama needs to expand the war on terror to include a domestic front. Republicans think the answer to losing an election is armed rebellion. "Sore/Loserman" had nothing on these insane, dangerous crybabies.

United States Code at 18 U.S.C. § 2381

"whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."

She could be considered guilty of sedition, but like all of us is protected by the First Amendment of the US Constitution.

6. She is certifiable & should be examined by a doctor

IMHO she is most definitely guilty of seditious speech: "...sedition is the stirring up of rebellion against the government in power. Treason is the violation of allegiance to one's sovereign or state and has to do with giving aid to enemies or levying war.". But I'm no authority, in any sense.

However, I believe true sedition is considered "covert" and the acts prosecuted as seditious vary from state to state. Hopefully someone is monitoring her e-mails & her butt will be booted out of office soon.

In any case, I agree that she's crazy as a bedbug, desperate for attention & does nothing for the people of Minnesota. I feel soooo bad for the poor people of that state. They either have no representation or loony representation.
