2. Not certain. This was Dorgan's comment on Sanchez about 20 min ago.

I know they are debating the2010 Fed Budget now, with varied members speaking.
I would suppose Dorgan will be one of them coming up.
Think that is what he meant.

Doesn't answer you question, but am watching also.
Really don't want to miss it.
