Who is not eligible?
Also, adults who are eligible for Social Security, Railroad Retirement, veteran's compensation or pension benefits will not receive the credit.

Do they mean people whose only income is disability? My husband is a 20% disabled veteran but he works. Does this mean he won't get the tax credit?

1. I've been eligible for SS but still haven't got one thin dime..
none of the stimulus in any of the rounds. I've been collecting comp. which is part of my disability state retirement. We are the people that slip threw the cracks.

4. Yes, if people are working they will see the tax credit. If totally on dependent on SS or
some retirement plans, they will not.
