4. Out of all the chest-beating Mormons running around in the world
why did we get stuck with the one with no testicles? Somebody give Reid some anabolic steroids quick! We need a little 'roid rage outta Harry.

8. Not yet.

Additional absentee ballots will be counted on April 6th, as per today's court order. Then, the three-judge panel will issue its final ruling.

After that, Coleman has ten days to appeal to the Minnesota Supreme Court. I'll bet he'll stall, and use up the whole ten-day period.

I predict the MN Supreme Court will make short work of Coleman. Then things get interesting. Republican Governor Tim Pawlenty and Democratic Secretary of State Mark Ritchie should issue a certification of Franken's victory. I think Pawlenty will be on very thin ice, legally and politically, if he doesn't. But the RNC will be putting enormous pressure on him to withhold certification while Coleman drags the matter out in Federal courts.

Senate Majority leader Harry Reid's spokesman seemed to indicate today that the Senate will seat Franken once Coleman's appeals have been exhausted in the Minnesota courts. Senate Minority Leader John Cornyn has vowed "World War III" if they do.

Let the good times roll!

9. The MN SOS will be opening and counting 400 ballots next week in court
Coleman's lawyers have already apealed to the MN state Supreme Court.
