7. Senator Boxer was calling him out earlier for his comments

on the need to pass the Bush budget -- paraphrasing, "this budget will mean endless surpluses."
Senator Durbin gave some good comments before the lunch break about the senate year after year harping on the need to fight global warming and yet when presented with the opportunity, once again failing to do so. He called out both sides.

9. Was she in top form or what? I stood up and cheered her. Dorgan yesterday

was outstanding, as was Durbin today. I plan to watch all 50 hours.

Senator Byrd apparently. Just turned it back.
