I'll start a DU journal about being in China as an American.

After China, hopefully either Malaysia, Thailand or the Philippines (as my GF here in Korea is Filipina and her son is half Chinese, so they may be coming).

I'd love to visit China and especially Malaysia but never seem to find the time or money. I'd love to go bug collecting in Malaysia (MS in entomology) so I am jealous!

19. Seoul: Land of people who don't like you and unabased racism

I love Korea, I loathe the ingrained societal racism towards anyone not Korean.

However, Itaewon, Gangnam, Apjujeong, Hongdae, Sinchon and Bundang are a blast.

When I was over there you could visit DU but the discussion forum was blocked and you could not log in. :shrug:
