Further pushed along by the moron from Texas, George W Bush. That is why we are where we are today. All the gushing on television about Ronald Reagan is nothing but bullshit. There you go, Chris Matthews! Bite on that biscuit for a while.

2. Umm, there were a couple of presidents in between Reagan and Bush who also contributed
Bush the Elder got us into the Middle East to begin with. Clinton deregulated the financial sector more than Reagan did, not to mention NAFTA.

3. Your analysis is perfect. Reagan started the collapse and GWB drove
the country directly in the ditch. This needs to be emphasised
over and over.
