Not sure I want to see Blagojevich running around thumbing his nose at the system like Scooter, Novak and Rove.

Fitz can't help it if Bush commutes his sentence--and he couldn't get Rove (and more importantly, Cheney) because Scooter obstructed justice. That's what "obstruction of justice" means.

9. Blogo really is stupid! MSNBC just reported that he tried to have
Fitz fired via Karl Rove several years ago. and that was documented on phone tapes! First of all, it's always a bad move to try to have a US Atty. fired, but even the dumbest criminal knows you NEVER talk about it on the PHONE!!!!!
