1. Watching but you know I have serious
disagreements with US foreign policy and will not support any occupations anywhere. I do not support this Afghanistan mess and am very worried that it will destroy Obama.

3. I don't see that his policy is an occupation. I think it is what is needed
we are stablizing a country that we left in shambles when we jumped into Iraq. We are going to root out the organizations that actually are planning to cause injury and pain to US citizens and Europe. Also, in Pakistan where if they suceed in overthrowing the government, they would have access to a nuclear weapon or at least fissile materials and possess a strong desire to cause injury, pain and government overthrow in India. He and our allies are pledging support to bring in engineers, agricultural specialists, etc not just troops. The goal is to help Afghanistan become a self sufficient country both economically as well as militarily. The goal is not to occupy and it is not for regime change. There is a MAJOR difference.

6. Russia didn't have the backing of other nations in what was being done. Quite the opposite.
Their is a MAJOR difference.

14. great response kid. attack the messenger
dont come up with any actual facts to get in your way.
having been out of the USA more times then the yrs you have been alive, I have a pretty good perspective on what truly civilized countries behave like. and knee jerk nationalism and populism doesnt bode well with me. nor does military imperialism.

13. No, we're the ones that can't discern the difference between a 'police action' and a war...
A pipeline from a pipe full of poppy seeds. If it is all just the same old shite...then why doesn't Obama just pass out the reams of Kinko'd paper the other guys left behind and call it a press conference?
