I'm no expert, but he had some massive failures in his WW1 role that cost the lives of lots of soldiers under his command.

He certainly learned well from his mistakes, but the thing I find fascinating about him is that he was quite comfortable sacrificing the lives of his troops if it meant a better position to win the War. I could not knowingly do that.

We all know from history all governments lie their asses off. It's interesting that we all seem to think the days of government lying are over, when so much evidence to the contrary is constantly thrown in our faces.

Which is why yet again I'm going to see my Congressman John Larsen this afternoon to nag him yet again about bringing the Bush White House to justice. I will not stand for my tax dollars supporting torture and kidnapping. And never holding the criminals to account insures that in the future the crimes will be repeated on an even greater scale than before.

The Nixon pardon led to Bush the stupider's crimes with many of the players from Nixon. And Iran-Contra. recycled criminals serving in government again is despicable.

And now we're enjoying the fruits of not prosecuting the S&L criminals of 20 years ago.

THE MESSAGE WE NEED TO BROADCAST IS THAT NO AMERICAN IS ABOVE THE LAW! Or that WE THE PEOPLE expect all criminals to be brought to justice.
