1. From what I have read it looks like they just slapped somethings together at the last minute
for this deadline. I don't expect a much different result the next time.

"talent" remember that, they need to keep all that "talent" on the top floors

2. At this point, they'll go through a manufactured "bankruptcy"
And force concessions from the unions and UAW, along with closing more plants to tighten up production. Also, they'll solidify the number of dealers to close (and the subsequent cost of doing so).

* That's just the manufacturing jobs. It doesn't count the 350,000 retail automotive jobs lost in the last year.
