The 4th week of becoming what seems like the telecommunications version of a Benedictine Monk("So, your DSL is down again, my son? Say two hail marys, 2 our fathers, light a candle and do a hard reset of your modem.") and what happens?

Robert Gates throws down like a cross between Chuck D and Godzilla.

At this time, I am compelled to ask: WTF, over? Who saw proposed cuts, of this magnitude, coming? This guy better be strapped like Neo, for this fight.
