What's this Scarborough and Andrew Ross Sorkin are trying to foment outrage about this morning?

What's this Scarborough and Andrew Ross Sorkin are trying to foment outrage about this morning?
I only caught part of it but it appeared that Cornyn (as in, Cornyn (R-fool TX) also joined in trying to hang on the Obama a $12M "TARP-like" intervention, not voted on by Congress. As far as I could glean from this, they were trying to market the idea that the FDIC's guarantee is a bailout of some sort and a means of circumventing the legislative process. Did anyone else catch this?

1. I turned it off...
They were ranting about printing money and hiding debt and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I can't take Scarborough's shit any more. I saw Sorkin of "Real Time" a couple of weeks ago, and that was enough of him for me. I know what they spewed was all lies, but it pisses me off that people are watching it and believing those lies.
