but yet they keep playing.

10. Talk about "frivolous lawsuits!"
Coleman and the Republicans should be pilloried in the public square for this one.

9. That's good news, but . . .
The State of Minnesota is still more interested in process than in being represented in Washington. As long as Coleman can keep a court challenge alive, no matter how specious or in bad faith, Minnesota law says that the seat remains vacant. Even though he's mathematically dead in the count, recount, counted again, and recounted again, I'm sure he will insist that every last ballot be examined and tallied. Then he will file a challenge to that tally, and we can start all over again.

Coleman will be bankrolled by fellow Republicans and oher sore losers, and his attorneys will make a lot of money while the people of Minnesota are denied representation well beyond any reasonable expectation of an overturning of the results of the November election.

a democratic president.

....its just more evidence that the legal system in this country is beyond effed up and in need of drastic reform.

18. In all of their decisions this 3 judge panel has been unanimous
and it includes a Republican. MN public radio is discussing this now and the opinion of the guests is that the MN Supreme Court is known for being judicial rather than partisan. The thought also is that if the MN SC rules in favor of Franken that they will order that he be certified the winner. The 2 guests also believe that the U.S. Supreme Court would refuse to hear the case. This will not go on and on as the pessimists here believe. Franken will be seated in the Senate soon.
