Obama seems to be living in a highly compressed time zone, whereas Bush was living in a highly expanded time zone.

Bush had plenty of time to clear brush, whatever, the GOP wanted the whole 8 years to "judge him", and in fact Bush prefers that "history judge" him, so god knows how long that will take (I've already reached my own conclusion).

Obama, however - barely 6 weeks into office was being criticized - no 100 day honeymoon here, although now we're at about 10 weeks. Criticized for failures already (!) a bad economy (!) (who knew you could wreck the super-strong-as-a-result-of-GWB American economy so quickly?? Obama must be the worst president EVER!).

But, hell, if you're going to criticize him for "bad stuff" then you have to give him credit for good things, right? Let's see - we haven't been attacked in the last 10 weeks - Obama has kept this country safe! Better track record than Bush. China has not captured any of our spy planes (remember that?).

So let's give credit where credit is due.
