Help? Is there a way to post everything directly to my journal...

so I can follow my own post better? I did look in the help section, but I haven't be able to find that option and I am sure that I had seen that option before. Thanks for your help.

1. Whenever you post, there is a check box at the top

--which reads "Check here if you want to add this post to your Journal". AFAIK there is no way to automatically add every post--it has to be a choice. You'd probably want to leave your Subject Headers without a message body off anyway.
