This is a followup to the hit and run of the two USC students where the car drove several hundred feet with one of the two victims on the hood, until the occupants got out and dumped him off, then fled the scene. The driver has been arrested, her husband is still at large. I hope they're both convicted and spend a long time behind bars. BTW, their seven month old child was in the car with them at the time. Classy pair.

And most of the stuff in there is "police say". There is nothing in the article regarding the defense challenging facts among other things. They may have very well been the ones that did it but I'm the type of person that holds back and wait for the trial. I've been charged with a crime that I didn't commit, (case was dismissed before trial) so that's why I'm so sensitive whenever people scream guilty whenever someone is simply charged.

"Allege" what you will, but if "witnesses" ID'd this sick mofo removing the H&R victim from the windshield and leaving the scene, I hope that fucking heartless SOB receives a beatdown of epic proportions while he's in the slam. there is absolutely NO excuse for that, whatsoever.

There are`only 3 scenarios I can think of
1.DUI
2. outstanding warrant
3.illegal alien
My wife and kids were hit 13 years ago in a similar scenario. hit and run -turned out to be an illegal- ran away from the accident and was never found- we knew this because the owner of the car told us she had lent it to this person and he was probably back in Mexico.

in L.A., too...Rear-ended by someone doing at least 100 (she was doing 70 by her recollection)...She had to spend a month in the hospital. Driver was also an undocumented teen, no license or insurance....

the wife had outstanding warrants and the husband was on parole for a concealed weapon conviction. If there's any silver lining, that kid will be better off in another home instead of being raised by these winners.
