On the common practice of robbing banks
If the Congress were good enough to pass a law giving you immunity for all the banks you have ever robbed and for all those you might rob in the future and the Justice Department put its best lawyers on the case working toward your dismissal anytime it was so much as hinted that you were either in the process of robbing a bank or getting ready to do some robbing would you rob banks?

How about if we substitute wiretapping for bank robbing?
