Tax Protest / Tea Party F.A.Q. !!!!!1!!!!SERIES!!
What is the tea party protest?
A better name for them, credited to Andrew Sullivan, is "Tea Tantrums" because there is no clear reason why they're doing it. So basically people in various cities across the country who are still frustrated that their side lost the election will gather together and furrow their brows in unison and shake their fists at passing traffic and in some cases, even throw tea into bodies of water. It promises to be hilarious.

Isn’t it funny how many of these people are the same ones who yelled that anti-war protesters should “GET A JOB!” instead of protesting, and now they are the ones protesting…on a weekday, no less?
Yes. Yes, it is.

Is Glenn Beck involved?
Of course he is! This is the same guy who is so unstable he cries on the air and started something called a “9/12 Project” which is a vehicle for spewing his paranoid delusions about fascism coming to the U.S. You couldn’t keep Glenn away from this even if you threatened to put him in one of his own imaginary concentration camps. (See bonus video at the end of this FAQ)

What about Michelle Bachmann?

of the nitwits that will attend them have had their taxes cut and the tax on the rich won't even go into effect for a couple years. One Republic I know has a favorite saying that Obama is going to spread the wealth around. That f----g loser has never made over $25000 a year in his life and probably pays almost no tax and he is fired up about Obama going to raise taxes on his boss. The stupid SOB works for an asphalt company and draws unemployment almost 6 months out of every year. He thinks a company such as GM should just dump all the employees insurance and pensions. He is against welfare, SSI, food stamps and any government program but collects unemployment every winter. Like I say they are f---g stupid. The other day he is complaining our Governor saying that today's economy was the worst (since) the Great Depression. I said well he is right isn't he? He then says things were much worse in the Depression the Governor doesn't know what he is talking about. I couldn't get it through his thick head the Governor said (since) not (during) the Great Depression. After a couple minutes I just threw my hands up and walked away. How can you argue with a (moran) they are so f----g stupid they don't even understand the point. Your typical Fox News watcher, every day he has some mindless talking point he hears on Fox.

2. Ha! The person you're describing sounds like the example

I use of the typical dittohead: lives in a modest home, drives an older car, has little in savings, no investments...but Limbaugh is able to get him whipped up in a frenzy over the capital gains tax. :)

Now, of course there is nothing wrong with the way that guy lives; it's just amazing that so many people in that situation are easily fooled into voting against their own interest.
