What a gutsy guy: The media is reporting that Phillips jumped overboard first and
then the SEAL team took advantage of that opening. Pretty impressive.

And thank goodness, the Navy was READY to act!

4. I was wondering if maybe the first time was a practice run
or if it was his way of somehow sending a message to the Navy. I guess we'll have to wait until he is interviewed, and I'm sure all the networks are lining up to get that first interview.

3. I agree.
I think he tried to resolve it earlier in the week and we weren't prepared. When he jumped the first time I am sure that he was expecting a coordinated effort of some sort. I am glad that he made it out alive.

9. When he jumped over the first time I thought too bad the navy could't take advantage
of that. Then i thought I bet the next time he jumps out the navy is ready. And they were. I don't like the death of anyone but pirates do not rate up there on my list of people who are innocent. Good one for Obama if he made the call.
