Who do we write to to thank the Spanish judicial system

If they hand down indictments, who can I/we send letters and emails thanking them for upholding the law, since we are unwilling to do so?

I'm worried the rabid right will use their media pulpit via Fox and radio to convince the world that most americans oppose this action, and many of us are strongly in favor of it.

EDIT: Headed with something like "Please convey my thanks to the appropriate people within the Spanish government..." or something like that.

But it is a good idea. We have to send something to let the Spanish gov know we support the actions they have taken, because the right wing media outlets are going to portray this as unpopular.
