Vermont Tea Parties: FAIL
There's all of one tea party scheduled in VT tomorrow, and it's in the capitol, Montpelier, which is about as liberal a place as you could possibly find. If enough of them show up to be noticed, they'll be laughed off the street. The Rutland board of Alderman rejected a tea party permit, and evidently they didn't even try to hold one in VT's only sort-of-city, Burlington.

1. That's why I'm staying away (and wish we all would) - the fewer people that
show up at these type "events" the better.

2. I wanted to counter protest
at a local teabag rally but when I googled to find out where and when it would be, I was directed to a gay porn site. What do I do now?

3. The only Vermont Tea Party that would be of any interest whatsoever
would be if Ben & Jerry's introduced it as a new flavor. (No snickering, please; green tea ice cream is popular in the Pacific Rim.)

5. depends what you do
but it's definitely been better. It is a really good place though. Amazing sense of community and tolerance.

6. That's great news. Here in Texas, it seems like every city has one
planned for tomorrow. Of course here, there will probably be a good turnout among the Limbog/Coultergeist crowd.
