18. The one thing to note about these pictures is where the photographer is ...
... when they're taken.

If the photographer is in some kind of aircraft or at the top of a tall building to take a full shot of a majority of the protesters, then you can say that's a big turn out.

If, however, the photographer only has to stand on the ground to get a full shot of the majority of the protesters, it's safe to say the turn out wasn't as big as advertised.
