I know, I guess that makes me bloodthirsty. But that first article seemed somehow exculpatory--because his best friend was killed, etc, etc. Okay, well, go out and shoot some strong male insurgents who might fight back, but stalking and raping a 14-year-old, and killing her and her 5-year-old sister and her family before setting her body on fire? Macho, macho guy. I'm sorry, but I really wish we could send him to Abeer's uncles for some good ol' traditional Islamic justice. Monster.

3. I'd like to see his recuiter, his superiors and everyone directly responsible

for enlisting him, keeping him in after they knew he was mentally fucked up, and for releasing him back to civilian life, all held to some sort of responsibility also.
