Will the Texas Democratic Party organize protests against the anti-American comments of Rick Perry?
Just wondering if the people of Texas will stand up against his America-busting rhetoric from yesterday?

1. The people of Texas elected him.
Apparently, they want to secede. I say let 'em.

3. on the face it sounds like a good idea to me, then I think about them having their own military &
crazy assed anti-USA rhetoric and threats. I'd just rather the people of Texas demand the asshats job.

IMAGINE THAT - the freaking governor of a state said that crap! They're loonier by the day.

6. Barely. He won with 39% of the vote. If fucking Kinky Freidman would have kept his ego in his pants
and stayed out of an election he had no chance to win, Perry would have lost.

9. He's About To Pull It Out Of His Pants Again...
He was on with Ed Schultz last night and said he was seriously thinking of running again...this time as a Democrat. Sounded like he's "come home" or sees the Texas Democratic party weak enough for him to win in the primaries.

12. That is (I hope) too big a hurdle for Kinky
I can't imagine the likes of Matt Angle or Aimee Boone going all out for Friedman as a gubernatorial candidate.

7. I ENCOURAGE them to secede! How many RW Thugs can
we fit into texas? It would make a good little country for all the right wingers currently in the US. We could insure their "homeland" security and at the same time protect the rest of the world from them. Of course they wouldn't need any weapons more powerful than your average assault weapon and I would give everyone of them at least one and unlimited ammo, maybe they would kill one another off.

5. Nobody in Texas even knows what he said. His own party hates him.
The only people who pay attention to Rick Perry are outside the state.

11. That seems to be true
I've heard not a word on our local news shows although they did a story on the tea parties and mentioned Guv GoodHair but not what he said.
