Singer Susan Boyle Gets To Chat With Patti LuPone, Who First Sang Hit "I Dreamed A Dream" (video)

Posted this in another thread but, on second thoughts, it deserves one of its own...

(CBS) Susan Boyle says her out-of-nowhere success is "breathtaking, unbelievable, awesome!"

In an interview on The Early Show Thursday, Boyle admitted it "hasn't really sunk in yet."

And little did she know that the broadcast would put her in touch with Tony Award winner and Broadway legend Patti LuPone, who first did the hit that made Boyle famous, overnight.

I could never be so cynical NOT to or to believe the whole thing was staged as some have suggested (who very likely have never SEEN the performance).

For Susan's Disco Challenge.....there is a version of Don't Cry for me Argentina out by Fextival which was made in the 70's. It would be very in keeping with her previous song....I hope Patti, who is known for her portrayal of the Evita character onstage suggests this one....
