Fourth teen in shooting plot to remain held Students attend classes in their detention facility
.....

Judge Michael Livingston said there was sufficient probable cause to continue to hold the teen, who appeared in court Thursday for a pretrial detention review hearing.

.....

"We do an evaluation of the home and the school and look at previous referrals to the department," Sybrandt said. "If we are recommending the youth back to detention, we are looking at whether we are putting the community at risk."

.....

"We would have to consider with any release plan what type of educational plan to institute that keeps the youth and the community relatively safe," Sybrandt said.
