Federal lawsuit filed against Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano
The Thomas More Law Center, a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, announced Friday evening that it filed a federal lawsuit against Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano.

The lawsuit claims that her Department's "Right-wing Extremism Policy," as reflected in the recently publicized Intelligence Assessment, "Right-wing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment," violates the civil liberties of combat veterans as well as American citizens by targeting them for disfavored treatment on account of their political beliefs.

According to the Law Center, Napolitano tried to blunt the public furor over the Report by a half-hearted apology to veterans, but she left out of her apology all of the other Americans her Department has targeted because of their political beliefs.

1. if you are offended by the report and comments....IT APPLIES TO YOU
Most lefties didnt lose their shit when the warning about Left Wing Extremists came out because most of us dont have violent tendencies. We ignored it and knew that the warnings applied to somebody else because we have the self restraint to not do anything crazy.

Then the Batshit Crazy Reich Wing Extremists hear of a warning about crazy reichwingers and they flip out. I think that their outcry is proof that the warnings were on target.

2. Yep. Napolitano hit a nerve, didn't she?
What we're seeing is their guilt manifested as outrage.

5. True. But wingnuts have trouble understanding plain English apparently...
...just look at the teabagger protests - a bunch of totally confused nincompoops. Then, to make it even more 'entertaining', they go off on a rampage about what they THINK they heard that wasn't ever even said (or done).

Their president couldn't walk and chew gum at the same time, and apparently, they are of even lesser skills in the intellect department.

Oi...
