You might have heard that hate radio jock Michael Savage filed a lawsuit against Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and Attorney General Eric Holder over the report put out by the DHS regarding tight-wing extremism. Noted legal analysts who have looked over the paperwork that Savage was filed through a fundamentalist law center found that, to no big surprise, that the lawsuit is completely frivolous. Back in 2003, I wrote about another notorious frivolous lawsuit that Savage filed with wingnut welfare recipient David Horowitz against the University of California board of regents because Savage was not named the chairman of UC at Berkeley's School of Journalism.
